Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate pediatric patients’ speech, language, and swallowing functions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication abilities.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home practices.
• Maintain accurate clinical records adhering to regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess at least 1 year of pediatric therapy experience.
• Obtain BLS certification prior to start date.
• Demonstrate experience with Meditech EMR software.
• Be eligible to work locally without restrictions within a 50-mile radius.
• Be able to pass background and reference checks (2 references required).
