Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant (CMA/MA) will support clinical operations by preparing patients, performing administrative tasks, and assisting healthcare providers. This role ensures smooth patient flow and maintains high-quality patient care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients, ensuring a comfortable and efficient patient experience.
• Collect patient history, take vital signs, and update medical records accurately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage patient calls.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures as needed.
• Complete EPIC electronic medical record training and adhere to HIPAA standards.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation and data entry as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credential.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 18 months of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Possess strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients.
• Be familiar with EPIC electronic health record system (preferred).
• Exhibit attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commit to a Monday through Friday schedule, including one late shift.
