Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Support physicians and healthcare team members in delivering comprehensive clinical services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical condition regularly.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Ensure infection control procedures and safety protocols are followed diligently.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN/LPN license and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
