Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Support patient health and recovery through skilled clinical interventions and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonates’ health status and respond to their needs promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate families on neonatal care, health management, and program participation.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and current NRP certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level III or higher setting.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in neonatal procedures and patient assessment.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
