Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN professionals for Labor & Delivery units to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to mothers and newborns. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to maternal and neonatal health.

Responsibilities:

• Assess maternal and fetal conditions to develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and manage labor progression according to protocol.
• Monitor vital signs and fetal heart rates to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with physicians, obstetricians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with active credentials.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in fetal monitoring and obstetric emergency response.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be proficient with electronic medical records and documentation.
• Maintain current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.
