Job Summary:
Seeking a full-time Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutritional care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves developing and implementing tailored nutrition plans to support patient health and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs through detailed evaluations.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutritional interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech or similar electronic health record systems.
• Comply with travel and licensing requirements, including lab work completion within 24 hours of signing.

Qualifications:

• Require 2+ years of specialized experience in nutrition or dietetics.
• Possess valid IN or Compact licensure as a Registered Dietitian.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical charting, preferably with Meditech systems.
• Have a current reference from a direct supervisor within the last 12 months.
• Be able to work independently with strong clinical assessment skills.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
