Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional abilities and independence. Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to facilitate recovery and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust therapy sessions accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and therapy outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or registration.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
