Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Collaborate with healthcare teams to create individualized treatment plans and deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional status and develop personalized therapy goals.
• Design and implement therapeutic activities to enhance motor, cognitive, and emotional skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to maximize independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards within healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Keep current with best practices and ongoing education in occupational therapy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
