Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services to trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients in a travel assignment. Ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive ICU nursing care to trauma, surgical, and neurological patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and document patient progress accurately.
• Perform competency tests within 24 hours of submission and maintain up-to-date credentials.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience.
• Possess Trauma Level One ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using electronic medical records and ICU equipment.
• Have previous travel nursing experience with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Be able to work 48 hours per week, including night shifts, with flexibility to float to other units if required.
