Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in a Level I Trauma Center, specializing in Medical Surgical/Telemetry units. Candidates will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care within a fast-paced hospital environment, adhering to strict compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting, following established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses, escalating concerns as needed.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration policies.
• Assist in patient transfers, admissions, and discharges efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the state or a compact license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Level I Trauma or similar acute care hospital setting.
• Hold at least 3+ years of clinical experience, with prior travel assignment preferred.
• Demonstrate experience in a trauma or high-acuity environment.
• Be willing to work 4x12 hour day shifts; weekend and on-call as needed.
• Be vaccinated and adhere to COVID-19 vaccination policies.
