Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver efficient, compassionate, and effective patient interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient histories, assessments, and care plans accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Possess emergency nursing experience or relevant clinical background.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Be proficient in emergency procedures, trauma care, and patient stabilization.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
