Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to provide specialized care in the Labor and Delivery unit. This assignment offers a mid-length commitment, ideal for those with strong obstetric and neonatal skills seeking flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive obstetric and neonatal care to patients in the birthing center.
• Monitor Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) and maternal vital signs to ensure patient safety.
• Perform assessments and document patient progress using Epic EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care procedures.
• Float between med-surg and ED units as needed to support overall patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess active RN licensure with at least 1 year of LDRP experience.
• Hold current AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate experience in Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn care.
• Have recent Epic EMR experience (within past 2 years).
• Be adaptable to floating requirements across med-surg and ED units.
• Reliable transportation, with vehicles equipped for winter conditions if applicable.
