Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain Current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
