Job Summary:
Seeking experienced OR RN to provide specialized perioperative care in a busy Level I Trauma Center. The role involves working in a dynamic surgical environment with a diverse range of procedures and specialties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care.
• Scrub and circulate during various surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including surgeons, technologists, and anesthesia providers.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Adhere to facility policies, including on-call duties, weekend shifts, and holiday requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license for South Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of perioperative experience preferred; open to first-time travelers with strong skills.
• Current BLS certification; Radiation Badge preferred or required.
• Experience working in Level 1 trauma or with scrub techniques highly preferred.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs and work flexible hours.
