Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency medicine and possess the necessary certifications to ensure compliance and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and acute conditions.
• Assess patient needs, perform clinical assessments, and prioritize interventions accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities and clinical findings.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including timely completion of required certifications.

Qualifications:

• Current GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Valid ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications required.
• Proficiency in using EPIC electronic health records.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
