Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units. This role involves managing patients with complex medical conditions in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state or a compact license in NLC states.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Proven experience with Level I Trauma and large hospital settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to adhere to strict travel compliance standards.
