Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room setting, supporting surgical teams during procedures. Ensure patient safety, adhere to clinical protocols, and maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative and postoperative nursing care to surgical patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes during procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff with sterile techniques and instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain a sterile environment and manage surgical equipment efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Have proven experience working in an operating room setting.
• Demonstrate excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
