Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical setting. This role involves managing patient needs, coordinating treatments, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in the Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including certifications and shift requirements.
• Respond to patient needs promptly during scheduled night shifts.

Qualifications:

• Active nursing license in the required state.
• At least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience.
• Proficient in Cerner EMR system and Critical Access Hospital protocols.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float within scope.
