Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging examinations. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols for accurate diagnostic results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of MRI procedures on diverse patient populations following approved protocols.
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment and other imaging technology to capture detailed diagnostic images.
• Assess and position patients correctly, addressing implants, elastography, breast, and cardiac imaging requirements.
• Maintain patient safety by adhering to radiation and safety standards, including radiation badge protocols.
• Document procedures accurately in the Epic system and ensure proper charting of images.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care and imaging quality.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification and active South Carolina state license (preferred).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience, with proficiency in Siemens equipment.
• Demonstrate expertise in general MRI exams, implants, elastography, defecography, breast, and cardiac imaging.
• Maintain current BLS certification and radiation badge.
• Exhibit strong technical skills and attention to detail in image acquisition and patient positioning.
• Be flexible to work M-F 5x8s and potentially 4x10s or 3x12s shifts, including Saturdays.
