Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Labor & Delivery RN with Mother/Baby experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role involves supporting women through labor, delivery, and postpartum care, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, monitoring fetal and maternal health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Document patient assessments, procedures, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, infant care, and breastfeeding.
• Float within the hospital as needed, maintaining flexibility across departments.

Qualifications:

• Active State Nursing License with at least pending status and clear ETA.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby nursing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS (via AHA), and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Meditech charting (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screenings.
