Job Summary:
Provide specialized outpatient physical therapy services to patients to promote recovery and improve mobility. Some acute inpatient coverage may be required occasionally, supporting overall patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and function.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and facility policies.
• Ensure patient safety during all therapy procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate specialty experience relevant to outpatient therapy.
• Show strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
