Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for night shifts at a reputable healthcare facility. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and compliance with all necessary certifications and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Recognize and respond to ECG rhythms and other clinical signs promptly.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings with the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and facility policies.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Have at least 18 months of recent, verified permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
• Provide two recent managerial references from the past 12 months.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be willing to work at least every other holiday and complete required assessments during orientation.
