Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Cardio/Neurovascular Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will manage high-acuity patients with a focus on cardiac rhythms and medication administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, focusing on cardiac and neurovascular status.
• Administer and manage cardiac drips such as Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone.
• Recognize and respond promptly to dysrhythmias and other emergent issues.
• Document observations and interventions accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, including safety and patient care standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Alabama RN license in good standing with no pending issues.
• 1-2 years of recent experience in high-acuity, large healthcare facility settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency with dysrhythmias and cardiac drips.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start date.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shift with block scheduling flexibility.
