Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care for pediatric, neonatal, and infant patients. This role requires clinical expertise, flexibility, and adherence to facility standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions across pediatric and neonatal populations.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, interventions, and patient progress within Epic and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with certifications, licensure, and hospital policies at all times.
• Respond to emergency situations and assist in critical care scenarios as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CRT or RRT certification with current BLS, PALS, and NRP credentials.
• Possess a South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license or be able to obtain prior to start.
• Require at least 2 years of pediatric, neonate, and infant respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts with a flexible schedule and occasional on-call duty.
• Pass criminal background, travel compliance, and lab requirements within 72 hours of onboarding.
