Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Echo Tech to perform pediatric echocardiograms using advanced protocols. The role involves executing a high volume of pediatric studies to identify congenital anomalies, primarily utilizing specialized anatomical views.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric echocardiograms in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Utilize subxiphoid, parasternal, suprasternal, right parasternal, and apical views to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procedures within the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare team members to interpret and communicate findings.
• Adhere to patient safety, quality standards, and infection control guidelines.
• Manage on-call responsibilities as scheduled and adapt to float to different units or facilities.

Qualifications:

• Require at least 2 years of full-time pediatric echocardiography experience.
• Possess ARRT certification, BLS, and ACLS credentials.
• Demonstrate proficiency with pediatric ultrasound protocols, congenital assessment, and anatomical views.
• Ability to perform 20+ echoes weekly with high diagnostic quality.
• Must hold an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if applicable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term acute care setting.
