Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified LVN to provide compassionate and comprehensive behavioral health care in a fast-paced inpatient psychiatric setting. The ideal candidate will administer medications, monitor patient progress, and support treatment plans to promote recovery and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patients' physical and mental health status regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Utilize electronic patient rounding tools to record vital signs, food intake, and patient observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, incidents, and observations.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA LVN license; recent clinical experience within the last 6 months.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification; CPI, ProAct, or MOAB training within the past 12 months.
• Minimum of 2 years’ inpatient psychiatric experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health diagnoses including ADHD, Bipolar, Autism, and PTSD.
• Ability to handle high-acuity patient populations with compassion and professionalism.
