Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring member safety and optimal health outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to patient needs.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient discharge and admissions.
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude to support unit cohesion.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of Med Surg experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments and wound care.
• Charge nurse experience or leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to work 7P-7A shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
