Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge in hemodynamic monitoring and advanced life support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor critical care treatments, including ventilator management and hemodynamic support.
• Perform advanced procedures such as central line placement, intubation, and thoracentesis.
• Monitor patient status using equipment like Swan-Ganz catheters, ventilators, and CRRT machines.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and respond to urgent patient needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and unit protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of ICU experience in a critical care setting.
• Knowledge of pressure drip management and critical care procedures.
• Strong clinical skills in Trach, TPN/PPN, and chest tube management.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations.
