Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with orthopedic and neurosurgical OR experience. The ideal candidate will provide expert perioperative care in a high-performing surgical environment, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare surgical instruments and supplies for orthopedic and neuro procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vitals and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing coverage during weekends and weeknights as scheduled.
• Adhere to performance standards and assist in maintaining a high-quality surgical environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of operating room experience, specifically in orthopedic and neuro surgeries.
• Demonstrate proficiency in surgical assisting, patient monitoring, and infection control.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Successful track record of meeting performance expectations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
