Job Summary:
The Cath Lab/EP Technician provides specialized support during cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures. They assist with preparing equipment, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring optimal patient care throughout interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up diagnostic and therapeutic equipment for cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist physicians and nurses during interventions, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and patient information.
• Collaborate with medical staff to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Cardiovascular Technician certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and operating cardiac lab equipment.
• Possess strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and relevant procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain current CPR and/or ACLS certification.
