Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized patient care in critical care settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care and demonstrate flexibility across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients to deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and safety standards.
• Adapt to changing patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid BSN and registered nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ICU nursing.
• Proficient in EPIC electronic health record systems.
• Previous travel or contract nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work all three shifts weekly, including weekends.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
