Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN to provide high-quality patient care on a 4x12 day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise in medical-surgical nursing and adapt seamlessly within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and execute treatment plans accurately.
• Document patient progress in the Epic electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to rapid response calls and escalate issues as necessary.
• Support unit staffing needs by floating between similar units and facilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid South Carolina or Compact nursing license prior to start date.
• Bring at least 2 years of recent MedSurg nursing experience.
• Hold BLS certification; ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic EMR and telemetry monitoring.
• Be adaptable to floating within scope and flexible scheduling.
• Show strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
