Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting during night shifts. Ensure patient stability and recovery through vigilant monitoring and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continually to identify changes requiring immediate attention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license with appropriate state licensing requirements.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS preferred.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to high-performance expectations.
