Job Summary:
SEASONAL - CONTRACT - RN - L3-L4 NICU (675) - 13 WEEKS - 7:00P-7:00APosition is a registered nursing role providing high-acuity care in a Level 3–4 NICU environment. You will manage neonatal patients with a typical ratio of 3–4 patients per RN, delivering safe, family-centered care throughout assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive NICU nursing care for critically ill neonates, including continuous monitoring and assessment.
• Administer medications and therapies using infusion systems and NICU technology, following established protocols.
• Manage ventilatory support and supportive care as ordered, escalating concerns promptly to the care team.
• Maintain accurate charting in EMR (CPN/Meditech) and document clinical changes, interventions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to support evidence-based practices and continuity of care.
• Support patient and family education, communication, and comfort measures in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with eligibility to work in the assigned region.
• Maintain current NRP and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience.
• Provide competency with NICU equipment including isolettes, GE monitors, and infusion pumps (Medfusion/Alaris).
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in fast-paced acuity settings.
• Show professionalism and readiness to work in a competitive travel staffing environment.
