Job Summary:

Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life. The role requires delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions while maintaining compliance with applicable licensing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional limitations through clinical evaluation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and progress.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and treatment outcomes regularly.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain clinical and documentation standards in accordance with current practice guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
• Maintain a current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and throughout employment.
• Bring 1–2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, assessment skills, and patient-centered communication.
