Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (Labor and Delivery) provides high-quality maternal and neonatal care in a fast-paced LDRP setting. The RN assesses patients, supports labor progression, and collaborates with the care team to ensure safe outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess maternal and fetal status and recognize changes promptly.
• Manage LDRP care by supporting labor, delivery, and recovery workflows.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, fetal heart rate patterns, and postpartum recovery indicators.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist providers during delivery and emergencies.
• Document all care and patient responses in EPIC accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Maintain NRP certification and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of LDRP experience.
• Prove proficiency charting in EPIC or equivalent EMR.
• Work effectively in high-acuity, time-sensitive clinical situations.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary care.
