Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist provides specialized assessment and treatment to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. This role involves developing personalized therapy plans to improve communication and functional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have previous experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
