Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Travel RN specializing in Medical/Surgical to provide exceptional patient care on a 7A - 7P shift. This role involves supporting a busy Medical/Surgical unit with a focus on wound care, post-op treatment, and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to postoperative burn and flap patients.
• Administer medications, wound dressings, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations.
• Maintain unit protocols and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in wound care, burn care, and post-operative procedures.
• Possess BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is required; familiarity with wound vacs and PCA pumps is a plus.
• Display excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
