Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a contract assignment to provide comprehensive patient care. This role offers a 40-hour guaranteed workweek, ensuring consistent scheduling and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience with patient documentation and electronic health records preferred.
