Job Summary:
Seeking a Certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Anchorage, AK. The role involves supporting orthopedic and neuro surgeries, including total joint arthroplasty and robotic spine fusions, in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile operative environments for complex surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical team with equipment setup, including Xi robotic systems and specialized orthopedic tools.
• Provide patient advocacy and ensure safety throughout surgical interventions.
• Support surgeons during total joint, spine, and robotic procedures, ensuring accurate instrument and supply management.
• Adhere to unit policies, protocols, and dress code standards as directed.
• Respond to call shifts, maintaining flexibility for varying schedules and night shifts.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Tech with NBSTSA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR tech experience, preferably with total joints, neuro, and Xi robotic procedures.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic surgeries and robotic-assisted procedures.
• Strong team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and take on-call shifts as needed.
