Job Summary:

The X-ray/Rad Tech will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and technical excellence to deliver high-quality images.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic X-rays and radiographs.
• Ensure patient positioning and care during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure proper imaging techniques.
• Complete required certifications and ongoing training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid ARRT(R) certification in radiologic technology.
• Hold a permanent Ohio license prior to start date; compact licenses accepted for starts after 01/01/23.
• Have at least 1-2 years of permanent experience in X-ray/Radiology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate, with acceptable scores.
• Be able to obtain Ohio licensure before initial assignment.
• Have two recent references from a supervisor or manager within the past 12 months.
