Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in telemetry to provide patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The nurse will monitor cardiac patients and deliver comprehensive nursing services.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and record vital signs regularly.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or cardiac units.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and procedures.
• Ability to respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
