Job Summary:
Provide professional nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit within a float pool setting. Ensure patient safety and comfort through efficient clinical practices.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RN license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association necessary.
• Possess at least one year of Med/Surg/Tele experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
