Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within a busy inpatient medical-surgical unit. The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing services, ensuring safety and compliance in a Level I Trauma Center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and patient care procedures following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, document findings accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float within scope to support various units and meet facility staffing needs.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including rotating day and night 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday requirements.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, credentialing, and certification standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina RN license or proof of licensure application.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support varying shift and schedule requests.
