Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients in a specialized hospital setting. Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms continuously to identify abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Float to medical/surgical, telemetry, and orthopedic units as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and notify appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in cardiac telemetry, medical-surgical, or orthopedic units preferred.
• Ability to work aligned with shifts from June 11 to June 23, including nights and weekends.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Comfortable working on floors with ratios of 1-5, 1-6, and occasionally 1-7.
• Flexibility to float to different units as required.
