Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs. Support recovery and stabilization efforts while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental health status and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Implement individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare teams.
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities to promote mental wellness.
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings.
• Strong assessment skills and knowledge of mental health conditions.
• Ability to work effectively during day shifts, specifically 7am-7pm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
