Job Summary:
The Radiology Tech specializing in Special Procedures will perform advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures within a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center setting. This role requires extensive experience in hybrid OR environments, vascular interventions, and operating sophisticated imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute complex endovascular procedures including FEVAR, TEVAR, TAVRs, and embolizations.
• Operate Zeego and Pheno systems with a minimum of one year of experience to ensure image accuracy and procedural success.
• Manage equipment troubleshooting with PACS, Siemens hybrid vascular features, and portable C-Arms.
• Adhere to safety protocols by maintaining radiation badges and complying with all radiation safety standards.
• Work independently under pressure in emergency settings, providing precise and efficient patient care.
• Collaborate with medical teams, documenting procedures accurately in EPIC system.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification and current BLS certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of hybrid OR and extensive endovascular experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Zeego, Pheno, Penumbra, AngioJet, Shockwave, IVUS, Jet Stream, and related devices.
• Maintain active South Carolina RN license or be able to obtain one prior to start.
• Have a valid radiation badge, provided by the agency.
• Show ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with excellent troubleshooting skills.
