Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to patients in labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during childbirth. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver quality maternal and neonatal care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess laboring patients' conditions and monitor fetal and maternal well-being.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to manage delivery plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain CPR and NRP certification.
