Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide outpatient or inpatient therapy services, delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The clinician will manage a flexible caseload, performing patient visits and contributing to interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders according to clinical standards.
• Document patient progress accurately within the Epic system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete required modules and training within designated timeframes to maintain compliance.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient care, safety, and documentation.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with state and facility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold ASHA certification and South Carolina state licensure for speech-language pathology.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with relevant patient populations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting and documentation.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, typically 4-5 days per week with day shifts.
• Have radiation badge certification provided by the agency, as required.
• Be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs as appropriate.
