Job Summary:
Performs laboratory analyses to support accurate diagnosis and patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards. Collaborates with clinical staff to correlate laboratory results with patient conditions and facilitates effective communication within the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts assigned laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.
• Maintains quality control procedures to ensure test reliability.
• Calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment according to schedule and instructions.
• Reviews clinical charts and consults with nursing and medical staff to interpret results.
• Executes receptionist and phlebotomy tasks to support laboratory operations.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing healthcare services.

Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) certification.
• Demonstrates proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Adheres to safety and quality standards in a clinical environment.
• Communicates effectively with healthcare team members.
